The Lewis County Historical Museum 599 NW Front Way Chehalis, WA (360) 748-0831 The museum has four galleries (4,600 sq. ft.) of exhibits. Permanent exhibits include a general store, one-room schoolroom, a blacksmith shop, an old kitchen and a parlor. One gallery is dedicated to the history of the local Indian tribes. Other displays reflect the farming, mining and logging industries of the region. There is also a children's hands-on exhibit area that includes a mercantile store, house, laundry, and activity table.

Historic Borst Family Homestead This wonderful home, built in the early 1860s, is located in Borst Park on the Chehalis River. The home is renovated and furnished in the 1850s to 1900s period. Much of the furnishings are original to the home.

Olympic Club and Micro Brewery 112 North Tower Ave. Centralia, WA 98531 736-5164 This wonderful building is on the National Historic Register. The Olympic Club was rebuilt in 1910 after a fire. The interior is original arts and crafts period with two huge original back-bars and stained glass lighting. There are 8 original 1908 pool tables. McMenamins has recently bought the Olympic Club, kept the original flavor and added the micro brewery and added a great menu. Upon entering the premises, look above the entry doors for the sign from 1910 reading, "Women’s patronage not solicited."
